Which do you prefer for long term storage? I buy a lot of different strains, because I like variety & the feeling of i’m picking out an outfit when I go to smoke

I’m an alcoholic who occasionally uses weed. Take an edible maybe 2-3x a month, smoke a vape pen maybe 3-4x a month and rarely smoke any other flower. Doesn’t take much to get me feeling it. I recently started AA and am committed to not drinking. In AA, they don’t want you to smoke weed. I have different opinions. It’s not that I want to trade one substance for another, but I like the idea of being able to take the edge off, without giving up my alcohol sobriety. Can anyone chime in here? Am I totally in the wrong for wanting to take the California sober approach while just starting AA and sobriety from booze? All opinions will be read and considered. Thanks!

Hii! I have medicinal cannabis that was prescribed in 2021 for chronic pain (I had surgery to fix the cause and honestly forgot I had the weed). It has always been kept in its container and placed in an air tight jar in a cupboard with zero sunlight getting to it. It's still green and still has a strong smell, just wondering if it would be okay to smoke or if it wouldve lost its potency?

Just sheer joy, the best way I can describe it: it was like every moment was so good that I was sure I was gonna be the next billionaire with all the ideas I was coming up.

In my experience independent cannabis sellers are awful. You cant never get in contact with them, and when you do, it takes fucking forever. This shit is so annoying.

I occasionally buy an all in one vape, I don't really use carts much, so it's only a few times a year. I have no clue as to why they hit so much better than a normal cart you attach to your own battery. I've seen others on reddit with the same opinion. It's wasteful which is why it's just occasional.

Heres the question: I recently got my normal brand, which always comes with a rubber cap on top and bottom. This time, I see bottom one had fallen off during packing. Top one still on.

Would this affect the terps? It's a live resin cart. After looking around on reddit, some say the caps just keep gunk out.

I smoke a lot, generally I clear a gram of wax every 5-6 days if I'm conservative. My boyfriend is a complete sweetheart, and doesn't mind hanging out with me when I bake up, but he has Cannabis Hyperemesis Syndrome and can't smoke anything without puking. I can tell he really misses it and I wish he could enjoy it too.

I was wondering if anyone knew of a safe, legal alternative. He's said he can take a hit of a cart once in a while but if he overdoes it he ends up puking anyway. Drinking isn't something either of us are big fans of, so that's out. I don't think either of us need substances to enjoy ourselves but I was wondering if anyone has advice on this topic, it would still be nice if I could have something for him to enjoy too. For me, I managed to avoid the emetic stage, but I want to share everything that has helped me cope through everything else - • IF you have access to a doctor, request Zofran to handle the nausea and loss of appetite (you need to eat!) If Zofran doesn't work for you, which is doesn't for some, you can ask for promethazine! (zofran makes you constipated make sure to take with miralax) If you DONT have access to a doctor use these over the counter medications: dramamine/meclazine. Benadryl also works, especially at night! • For eating: zofran and other anti nausea medications should help with this, but start taking digestive enzymes to help with stomach acid (also helps the heartburn, try to avoid antacids) • One liquid iv/electorolyte pack a day, it's very easy to get an electrolyte imbalance, making symptoms 10x worse and also is deadly. And then continue drinking normal water throughout the day to stay hydrated • Hot baths/showers...yes, they give you relief. BUT they dehydrate you more than you already are. Be VERY careful. • Put your face in a bowl of ice water or run face under cool water to lower heart rate and anxiety Most of all, you need to try and handle the anxiety the most. The more worked up you are, the worst the symptoms appear. Try breathing exercises, journaling, any stress free hobbies you have to take your mind off of it!

I’ve only tried Wana 2:1 , 1:1 and Good Tides Guava. So far I’m feeling the Good Tides more so. Anyone have an opinion on this or recommendations on what gummies to try next?

Has anyone else found that after smoking marijuana they find themselves in pain? I find that I immediately experienced severe pain and my muscles tense up. My ears also start a very high-pitched ringing. Does anyone else experience this?

as i was cleaning out my closet today(which is where i keep my weed) i found an apple pipe that i had forgotten about for quite a few days and it had started to mold(sorry ik it’s gross i thought i had thrown it away and completely forgot abt putting it in my closet) and as soon as i found it i threw it away obviously but my closet stays closed most of the time and i’m concerned about any of the mold possibly getting on my weed? it was kept in sealed ziplock bags inside of a jacket pocket and the apple never came into direct contact with my weed. it looks and smells fine. (idk if this is related to the possibility of contamination or not but the weed is also still in the process of curing) is my weed probably still safe to use or no? i’m almost positive the bags were completely sealed in the closet but i overthink bad and second guess myself so hypothetically if they weren’t perfectly sealed would it still be fine or no?

So yeah, I smoked around 7 FUCKING GRAMS OF PROBABLY MOLDED WEED. No, i don't feel any different, im just tripping now and trying not to fucking go insane of paranoia. Will i die? Should i go to hospital? A doctor? Anything? I KNOW IM STUPID FOR NOT NOTICING IT IDK

How do you go about proceeding to help a patient (or customer) who says things like "I just found out I'm having a baby girl!" Or come in with a belly that's about to pop?

I want to be polite but I'm also not comfortable helping them fulfill their purchase. But it's my job. But the wellbeing of a child comes first....help!!

So I live in a state where it's only medically used and even so jobs are still hard to come by that will accept it. At that, the jobs are not paying too well. I'm wanting to move to a Recreational use state but I'm concerned even if its legal, how strict are the employers if not, what type of work to expect/pay, if so vice versa and are you able to live comfortably? Reason I ask is, I'm contemplating quitting to become better financially stable, but if I can move from a poo poo state to a all around better and still be able to feel like melted butter on a pile of flapjacks, then why not?? (FYI, My state is battling Mississippi for 1st place as worst state possible all around.) Also even any advice would be fruitful.

I've got a mason jar labelled "chief kief" full and waiting for the right idea for it. What are the best ways to process kief? I have access to a heated press but not sure if it's the most productive use. What do you do with decent amounts of kief ?
