I really hope this is sarcasm, and a joke... because, HOW would this even work? Do these 'Doctors' doing this 'Procedure' have like some Blender specifically for 'Baby Sized' Foreskins? Is this a procedure that would need the blessings of a priest? What would the medical charges look like for a hypothetical procedure such as this?
