This is fucking hilarious. I’m going to enjoy not giving a shit once they start crying about it online.

I've already started. They are already starting to cry about it. I felt much better about the election once I started to enjoy the idea of people suffering the consequences of their actions.

AITH? Yes, yes I am.

You're not an asshole for respecting democracy and self-determination.

These people literally voted to deport their family members, de-naturalize any citizens with non-citizen parents, focusing on those with certain skin tones and cultural names first.

You should be happy, they should be happy, this IS democracy manifest.

Trump, MAGA, and the GQP are gonna do a lot of horrendous things over the next 4+ years, but there will be a non-zero amount of good ideas. Gotta give credit where its due, sounds this this mass deportation will make everyone happy.

Sane citizens get to celebrate a bunch of violent MAGA fascist getting deported, and the deportees get exactly what they voted for. Win-win everyone's happy.

When the Muslim ban is reinstated MAGA Muslims should be overjoyed that they get exactly what they voted for, being separated from their families as they await their eventual arrest, deportation, de-naturalization, or all three.

When the genocide of Palestine gets all brakes removed, and gas applied instead, I fully expect MAGA Muslims and Jews to celebrate together, this is what they voted for. MAGA Jews should weep tears of joy when Trump helps Isreal complete its genocide making Isreal a full pariah state and isolated from the rest of the world, this IS what they voted for.

When violence against Asian's is on the rise again (if it hasn't spiked post-election already) I expect MAGA Asians to write songs and ballads of pure joy, THIS IS what they voted for. When darker MAGA Asians such as Indians start getting de-naturalized and deported, they will fly home happy knowing that they are being judged by the color of their skin and not the content of their character.

I expect nothing but silent submission from all the MAGA women and members of the LGBT community when they have all their human rights stripped away one by one, remember, THIS IS what they VOTED for.

Me? I'm a tall white male working in the aerospace industry that gets 8 bonuses a year, (no taxes on bonuses will be giving me over an extra months worth of pay each year), my strong union will guarantee I still have overtime benefits that are wildly more gratuitous then current federal overtime laws, even if they remove all federal overtime laws. MIC contracts will guarantee my company gets carve-outs in the impending tariffs, because of national security interests. Gutting NASA only frees up aerospace talent for my company, we already have our money for the upcoming Artemis program even if NASA is axed, no NASA (my heart will weep) will just mean more money for my aerospace company. I voted for Kamala so that other young people in their 20's with no college degrees like me can have a real chance of a decent life in America, I won't shed a single tear for all the hardships the poorest, dumbest, and most hateful among us will experience. THEY VOTED FOR THIS.

Oh and I know sooooooo many MAGA parents that are freaking the fuck out about no DOE, no NOAA, or their kids potential climate future. I don't have any kids; nor do my wife and I ever plan on having them, not my fucking problem. They voted for 4 years of callous hate, who am I to stand in the way of Democracy manifest, THIS IS WHAT THEY VOTED FOR.

Pretty much exactly how I feel and expressed much better than I could have. I'm a white guy in my 50s with a recession-proof job (not depression-proof, though) and no kids. I can't conceive of the circumstances that might cause me to vote for a Republican, even if it is better for me personally, because I know what they mean for most people not like me. I was raised better than that. But I will have no tears when the wailing starts.
