My new Leatherman came looking used

Just bought my first leatherman a wave + 2h and i think it looks used. Is that normal should i send it back?

Hmm makes me a bit concerned for one of my purchases. I got an Arc Obsidian for collecting and hadn’t planned on opening the box. Although if they never discontinue this “Limited Edition” item… may as well make it a daily use haha

*EDIT - I just checked the US site and Obsidian is no longer for sale.

Well mine was ended up used and the only one silver screw on arc obsidian and it's so dirty...order directly from leatherman website... won't bother to help it out...all silence and I send it back and got refund oh well bummer about leatherman
