My new Leatherman came looking used

Just bought my first leatherman a wave + 2h and i think it looks used. Is that normal should i send it back?

That's definitely a return and not a new item.

Did you buy it directly from Leatherman, or from a retailer?

Yeah I’d definitely take that back. As much as this shit costs, if you pay new price the item should be just that. Had they gave you a discount for being used that’s one thing cause you’d know the condition. I’ve ordered everything I have, except the very first Leatherman I bought 20 years ago at Lowes, from Leatherman directly and I’ve never had a problem. Everything has been brand new. Hope you get a refund so you can get a new one.
