unknown direct debit

hello

we have a property in Spain and have been going through our bank statements

does anyone know what the residencial embajad direct debit is for?

Thankyou, yes we've paid £395 from Jan to Oct ,does this sound about right for the year? Thanks for explaining 👍🏽

I've no idea on amounts, but your post suggests "residents embargo" or similar

The solicitors set everything up when we brought so we are not behind on anything just wondering what the direct debit was for, it was taken every 3 months so in pretty sure we're good Thanks for solving it for me though 👍🏽

'residencial' sounds like something linked to the property. Is it a block of flats? If so, it may either be the property fee for maintenance of the common areas or an extraordinary charge associated with improvements or unexpected repair works for the common areas.
