Youā€™re always tired and have tummy issues, and donā€™t know why.

Haha, all but the donā€™t know why. I know exactly what Iā€™m doing, it works for me.. for now, until it doesnā€™t and I never want to touch anything in this fridge again.

Try supplementing B vitamins while lowering your caffeine intake, if you worry about your health at all. All that acid is gonna wreak havoc on your insides, and youā€™ll have problems as you get older. Probably preaching to the choir. Eating fruits and vegetables also contributes to having more energy while having too much gluten tires you out. I lost weight a couple years ago, and the amount of energy and less diarrhea I had from just cutting back gluten and having smoothies was mind blowing.

There is no health benefit to eating gluten free unless you have celiac disease or gluten intolerance. You personally might feel better without gluten but it shouldnā€™t be blanket advice tbh.

I didnā€™t say cutting it out entirely.

Oh yes fair enough! I know I said gluten free but shouldā€™ve said just ā€œavoiding/reducing glutenā€ or something. Iā€™m just saying that reducing gluten for a person without those conditions (a few other autoimmune/digestive diseases as well) will not have an effect on anything. Most people can tolerate gluten just fine. Itā€™s been a staple of the human diet for millennia. Iā€™m glad you have found that reducing gluten makes you feel better though.

For me, I was having way too much pasta and pizza because itā€™s cheap and readily available. But Iā€™d always feel so drug out afterward. And Iā€™d have diarrhea. I thought maybe I was lactose intolerant at one point, but I can have a whole block of cheese with no problems whatsoever (Donā€™t judge me. Cheese is fantastic.) But no, I know some people went gluten free because it was all the rage a few years back, and I always thought they were full of crap. Just happened to have benefits for me.
