Can confirm as a male it’s the worst pain I’ve ever experienced. Nurse said the same thing to me when she had one. Best way I can explain how you know you’re passing one is it feels like a normal side cramp at first but it intensifies spreading to your back and balls. It was so painful I threw up on the way to the Dr. I passed out multiple times and they said that mine was a smaller one. So I don’t wanna imagine any larger ones. I also don’t wish them on anyone even evil people. I’d rather they get stage 4 terminal cancer before kidney stones.
