Tampa NFA transfers
Anybody ever used Coles gun shop for a suppressor transfer? I’m open to other suggestions. Seems like most recommended on my last post are either shut down or won’t even answer the phone. This will be my first can so I’m willing to pay a little extra to use someone that goes to SS kiosk so it’s straight forward and easy on me cause to be honest, I have zero idea what I’m doing. I’d like to keep the transfer fee around the norm ($100) or lower.

Buying directly from SS is by far the easiest and no transfer fees to worry about.
That being said, last time I asked around, Silver Dollar was doing nfa transfers for 50

I might consider driving. Just need to call these guys and see how easy the process is with them. I’m up in Carrollwood in Tampa

I'm in New Port Richey.
$40 if not purchased from me or through SS network.
I use SS for all the admin work so if there is a SS Kiosk close to you then use that to get your prints done. Everything else can be done over phone or remotely for certifying. The only time you have to physically come see me is to pick up once you are approved.

Getting it through silencer shop is ur best bet, but do yourself a favor and call the shop before hand to see if they have what you are looking for on hand or have a partner store that does. You will probably get a better price and the dealer will get more volume on their books and more money to their line.

I've used reload in tarpon springs. They have a ss kiosk I bought a suppressor they had in stock but I believe if you buy through SS and ship to them they wave the transfer? Worth a call and see.

Tampa Tactical (actually in Riverview) is an SS dealer with a kiosk in the store. If through SS the fee is baked in to the price. Call them directly because they can sometimes do better pricing than SS via the web and you’ll still get the SS services.

Be prepared to wait to speak with the owner, and then be prepared for her to do all sorts of fucking around including, and I'm not making this up, PLAYING GUITAR if you actually purchase something from her. You can play fetch with the lab to distract yourself for 15 mins or so, but the only chair in the store is a recliner where the store grandma sleeps.
I'm not saying don't go there. But if you are at all impatient/ADHD/in a hurry you should prepare yourself for agony. Good luck.

I've done my 3 transfers through Gun trader den in St Pete.
If you purchase your suppressor through our Silencer Shop portal their are none. If you purchase items through our in stock inventory or have something transferred in it is just a $25 fee (NFA Transfer fee is separate) for them to put all the paperwork together.

Do you work for them? Know if the SS portal is SS stock? Think the OCL polo k has been out of stock for ages now on SS.

dunno how often you are in Orlando but I've used The Armories for numerous NFA items (They have a SS kiosk in the shop). They have been really easy to work with and are very knowledgeable about the process.

If you don’t mind the drive I use Titan Arms in Lakeland for all my NFA items.
