Most humans with eyes and a brain can accurately estimate dog weight.

Is that a skill a person hones over a lifetime or just an innate ability people are born with?

Most people are born with it. If you weren't, just Google image search things like "40lb dog" and other terms, and familiarize yourself. Then you will have super powers too!

Edit: most apartments have weight limits on dogs, but not tenants. Most airlines charge for overweight luggage, but not overweight passengers, why? Why does a 90lb person checking a 51lb bag pay for extra weight, but a 350lb person with a 49lb bag not pay for extra weight? Why does God allow suffering? Why can't I ever plug in USB the right way up on the first try? Fuckin magnets, how do they work? How's my driving?
