What's your go-to local eatery from the Eugene/Springfield area? What do you like to get there, and why? Food

I've lived in the Eugene area all my life, and I've for sure had my go-tos if I'm ever in the mood for a certain something. But I've really been wanting to explore my taste buds a little more, and who better to ask for recommendations than the community itself?

So I want to hear from you on where your go-to food place is, and what your favorite menu item is to get. Whether it's from a restaurant, a food truck, a bar, et cetera, I want to hear it.

Preferably, don't recommend chains (regional or national), unless there's a REALLY good food item that's unique to the rest.

I look forward to what comes from this open discussion.

I will shout Chopstix from the rooftops at every given opportunity, even if it makes my food take longer. Every single dish I've tried has been a slapper

Also, 2 Many Tacos on Hwy 58 just outside of town is absolutely phenomenal. Also batting a thousand across the menu 👌🏻
