Give me the tea… Moving

Moving to Junction City (working in Eugene) from the Midwest in 2 weeks and am looking for intel from those who have also relocated from out of state (or locals if you’re not sick of invaders). I’ve been researching for months so I’m looking for the really obscure details that never occurred to you until you got there.

My parents lived in JC for 30 years. They had a little hobby farm there. We stayed in their place when we first got here in 1994. I wasn’t wild about the layout of the town in that they have no left turn lanes. It’s pretty because it’s green and there are loads of flowers and cute farm animals. It’s a small town with a country feel and a strong Christian community. The city water is polluted with nitrates from farm runoff.
