Best breakfast sandwich in Eugene?

I’m the spirit of the “best of” posts today, I’d love to know your favorite spot to get a breakfast sandwich in town.

The Red Barn, the Egg & Cheese with bacon on a garlic, everything, or spinach herb bagel. Don’t ask me why I think it’s so great, something about the preparation, like they cook the egg with butter and they get it just barely over-hard without drying it way out maybe. IDK but it really hits the spot.

But Bagel Sphere has microwaved eggs and bacon and doesn't butter their bagels. Red Barn makes the egg fresh, the bacon is thick cut high quality, and the bagel is slathered in organic butter! So imo Red Barn takes good things and makes them better by not skimping on any ingredients
