[EVENT] The transport of Movarth Piquine EVENT

[To clarify, a while back /u/A_Wild_Wurmple gave me the Vampire Lord Movarth Piquine, but I never did anything with him. I just had him locked up.]

Nelvayn stared at the blood-starved vampire gnawing at the cage doors. Movarth Piquine used to be a powerful man in the vampire world, leading a successful group of traitors from the Harkon Clan. They fed on the people of Morthal, and then the Vigil brought him to justice.

But ever since the Order received the vampire, they've had constant attacks on them. Usually 1 or 2 fledglings scratching at a guard who then has to go get cured, but they're still a problem. They scout out the terrain, searching for weaknesses in the Guildhall.

"Captain, fetch me my quill and parchment." Nelvayn said.

"Who are writing a letter to sir?" the Captain asked.

"Isran, Leader of the Dawnguard."

The captain hands him the quill and ink along with the parchment.

Isran, Leader of the Dawnguard

I represent an order similar to yours. My name is Nelvayn, I lead the Order of the Virtuous Blood in the regions of the Colovian Empire and Nibenese Republic. Our change in leadership has led us to invest ourselves in areas such as Morrowind and the border of Skyrim.

Now, I've heard that you completed Fort Dawnguard, and are a new group of vampire hunters. I applaud you on that, and I pray to Stendarr you bring justice to them all.

I propose two things. First, that we may both benefit from an alliance. I assume you know about the Coldeye Clan. They are more active than the Harkon Clan, and much deadlier. If we can move into each other's territories, and assist each other with taking them down, we will do these lands a service.

Second, I have in my custody the vampire lord Movarth Piquine. The one who feasted on the people of Morthal for years. The Vigil brought him to me.

Fort Dawnguard was built as a prison to house vampires. I ask that you allow us to transport Movarth to you, and that you keep him locked up. You have the proper... Tools to extract information from him, so question him on the Coldeye Clan, he must know something. Please provide me with any information he gives you, as to benefit our alliance.

The vampires don't wait, so reply in haste.

Nelvayn Rendalnim, Order of the Virtuous Blood

Isran looked up at the courier who had entered.

"Hello. Do you have something for me?" he asked. The courier nodded and gave Isran the letter before leaving hurriedly. Isran read the paper and leaned back in his seat. He then took a quill and parchment and wrote.

Nelvayn of the Order of the Virtuous Blood,

I thank you for your congratulations. I do indeed hope that we may join forces and rid the lands of these dangerous creatures. I agree that you should bring Movarth Piquine to Fort Dawnguard so that we may learn what he knows. Consider it an official invitation from the Dawnguard to your Order.

As for the Coldeye clan, I recently sent out one of my men to scout the areas that they call home. He has not yet returned, but the day that I expect him on has not come yet, and so I have faith that he lives.

I await your arrival eagerly.

Isran, leader of the Dawnguard

Nelvayn and 50 cavalry arrive with a cage covered with cloth.

He meets Isran inside Fort Dawnguard, and removes the cover from the cage. It reveals a wrinkled vampire biting at the cage bars.

"Here's your vampire." Nelvayn says as he looks at the creature with disgust.

He orders one of his Knights to come over, and opens the small chest he brings. It reveals a folded map inside, and 4 blood potions.

"We found him scribbling this map when he was imprisoned. It's yours, I suppose, might mean something."

Upon opening the map it reveals a large amount of X's on a map of Skyrim.

"I think they're vampire dens."

"Also, give the blood potions to him monthly. It's just animal blood. If you don't, well, he gets a bit angry."

Isran nods and orders his men to take the vampire away. As they oblige, the creature tries to bite one of the men, bit just misses him and so receives a smack to keep it in line.

"Are you not staying longer? You are welcome to rest for at least a few days," Isran says.
