[SECRET] Meetings with the Jarls SECRET

A tall, blonde nord by the name of Perrif had left the Imperial City for Skyrim, under guard merely to protect from bandits and wildlife. Within her possessions was a seal of the Emperor; she was speaking on behalf of him. She would enter the various holds, requesting private audience with the Jarls. What she had to say was for their ears only.

She also stops to speak with General Tullius when she goes to speak with High King Torygg.

[META: This way I can ‘talk’ with each provincial leader in turn and figure things out, without it being a huge ruckus like the Imperial War Summit was. (Which I wholeheartedly apologise for, sorry guys! Hopefully this is okay.)]

"Welcome to Understone Keep,no doubt you're hungry after you're long trip,please join me for dinner"

Says Jarl Igmund as he invites Perrif inside.

"Thank you, Jarl Igmund," she replied, marvelling at the great dwarven-made keep, and how her footsteps echoed. Markarth was a fascinating city, that much was for certain.

"Do you have somewhere private where we can discuss what the Emperor has tasked me with?"

"Please come with me to my private living quarters."

After they arrive the Jarl's face grows worried.

"What does the Emperor wish for you to discuss with me?"

"As you may already have been told, the Aldmeri Dominion is waging war on Hammerfell. The Emperor believes this is part of a plan to seize a foothold on the mainland, in addition to what they have in Elsweyr. I want to first know your thoughts on this, and if you are willing and able to commit any soldiers to the Empire should war break out between us and the Dominion."

I cannot spare our troops for now,as the forsworn raids are terrorising my people.However I will attempt to negotiate a temporary truce with the forsworn,hopefully they will see that all men must unite against the elven threat.

She nodded. "I understand. Hopefully a truce can be negotiated. Otherwise, I can see how the Forsworn might want to take advantage of this."
