What is it like living in Joseph?

I have been wanting to move out west and Joseph looks like an amazing small town isolated in the mountains from everything.

How is the life out there, are there fun things to do? I love hiking, boating, fishing and camping so the mountains will be amazing for me but my kids and wife might get bored!

I’ve only visited a handful of times myself, but i know it’s isolated. If you’re OK with small town life and OK with not going to the movies, nightclubs, etc...you’ll love it! I don’t think I could ever live there because my SO would get bored.
