Match making and ping issues today

last night and days before that i could easily find a lobby less than 20 sec with 90 100 ms but now it takes 2 3 minutes and puts me in 200 300 ms lobbies , tonight is unplayable for me , is anybody else experiencing this now? FYI i did a ping and speed check my internet is fine no issues

After hitting 4500ish merit I've rarely been able to join a game in less than a minute, in fact it takes 2 to 3 minutes sometimes.

And the games are often in progress with 80-100ping, this is really turning me away from the game.
