someone put a bandana on my truck? Safety Question

just came out to my truck to find this bandana on the antenna. i took it off, but just wondering if anyone had any ideas on what might be the reason that someone put it there? if any? thanks!

You're fucking ridiculous the above mentioned this person I don't believe said anything about race just gangs and is correct in saying gangs are often not prevalent in small areas.

Sure rural areas can have gangs and biker clubs and whatever whatever. The thing is even if they do, they are significantly smaller, significantly fewer, and significantly less active/problematic than any urban area. And as one of the above people mentioned, you unnecessarily brought race into this for no reason. Not only did you bring race into it, you did so by labeling the raceas 'scary'. Are there no white people in gangs? Asian people? Why specifically 'scary black people'? THIS is why you are being labeled a racist. Blue and red handkerchiefs are normally associated with gans, so much so that many schools will unreasobly question kids for wearing a red/blue bandana. Iv seen it happen in a rural area despite the sever lack of gangs and gang violence in the area.
