I’m shocked, shocked I tell you, the “my client is an idiot believing in conspiracies” defense didn’t work!
Well not that shocked. But I do wonder how much of this was pushed by Jensen against his attorneys advice. I know there’s that one nut job attorney (Jonathan pierce maybe?) who’s never even practiced criminal law and is taking a bunch of J6ers on as clients, but aside from him, I’d like to think most competent attorneys are saying “the evidence is irrefutable, take a plea deal”.
Hell though, if it’s draining money out of these whackadoos bank accounts for no positive return, than that’s alright by me.
