My question is, why aren't we "no-knock warrant"-ing these people at 3am? These people should not be getting a good nights sleep for the rest of their lives. Just have the cops bust their door in and have them take a massive shit in the doorway and then just leave.

Because

1) the majority of them aren't black and

2) drugs busts aren't involved

Our law enforcement priorities are bushit.

I don't think it has anything to do with fear. Most of the LEOs who no knock ARE THESE PEOPLE.

That's what I was saying. They know what type of arsenal that they have, because it's their family members, buddies. It's them. They also know that they have to be careful or this happens.
