Someone had to be directing the mob to those places. It seems likely that 99% of the insurrectionists were just being used as mass and muscle.

With all of the video and photo evidence, it should be possible to figure out exactly who those 'leaders' were, when they first arrived and if they had been on the grounds before the 6th.

There was a woman with a bullhorn who was literally directing the mob where to go. She needs to be squeezed for information.

She was only talking about the room she had just been in moments before. None of her information was special. The Twitter investigators who first pointed her out concluded that her knowledge was less suspicious as they saw more footage of her leading up to that video.

Don't get distracted by the loud ones and miss the quiet ones, in formation.
