But they have been brainwashed. These people are all poor idiots from uneducated parts of the country OR rich idiots that come from cloistered 'carefully indoctrinated' parts of the country. Either way. We're like 3 generations deep in the Republican brainwashing game. They can't be expected to vote in their best interests because they already believe that they are. At this point you have two choices. Round up the crazies and re-educate them in camps (that will go over well). Or do the thing no one wants to do.
