A Houston Police Officer "penetrated" the Capitol. The HPD Chief reported him to the FBI upon learning he had been there. Investigation

So do we report anyone we knew that was in DC that day? Or do they need to be inside the building?

I personally wouldn't bother unless they had entered the building or made a threat / committed a crime on camera. Chief Acevedo seems pretty confident that this guy entered the Capitol though.

I read that as "Chief Avocado" and wondered what you meant by it

I read OP's comment fast and also thought it said Avocado, and would have went on with my day if I didn't see your comment next. Are we just hungry?

If someone was standing on the steps of the capitol, they were a part of the attack that overran police lines. Every single person that stepped beyond the original police lines is a terrorist.

The FBI and Capitol Police will charge every criminal that put a foot over the original police lines, please help them catch all of the terrorists that helped the breach teams get to the building.
