Any info on space coast job

Wondering if anyone has any useful insight into this position out of the space coast.

What is salary range? It is only posted for CO and CA.

What is work life balance like?

Ability to work remote?

Any other insight would be greatly appreciated!!

Salary range is typically within 10% of CO, which is to be expected as the price of living is about 10% cheaper. That being said, 10% is well within negotiating.

If you're on New Glenn, expect to work at least 10hrs of unpaid OT a week. Can't speak to other orgs, though I've heard Lunar is going to go in that direction this year.

"You can work from home...on Saturdays and Sundays"

Culturally, Blue has gone from "we're going to treat you better than SpaceX" to "were going to treat you worse than SpaceX and you don't get RSUs, but your base salary will be a bit higher"

Blue is horrible now. I would not consider working here if I were you.

Everyone who can get out is leaving now.

Management has destroyed the workplace culture and replaced it with something from a sweat shop. The same folks who brought you Amazon warehouse workers using Gatorade bottles for restrooms.

Instead of lowering the cost of spaceflight with clever engineering, they are attempting to squeeze the employees and burn them out on a 2-3 year cycle.
