For people asking about recruiting, the rumor mill says there are hiring freezes, but it varies from location to location and program to program. This is why some people are getting ghosted and some people are breezing through.

Is there a deadline for making the decision? I heard mid Dec from some folks but can't confirm.

I'm not a blue employee, I just work in the industry and have connections. At the moment that's all the information I know.
