Just go email from recruiter that my presentation and panel interviews were cancelled since Blue is going on a hiring freeze for the New Shepard program.... sigh, was nervous but excited about making it this far.

How often do these happen? Are there a lot of layoffs at blue origin?

Reorgs have been somewhat common recently with the change in our CEO and other leadership. There's a lot of focus right now on reworking and streamlining our processes to support future growth plans, so the reorgs are being done with a solid purpose in mind.

My experience in the Enterprise Technology BU is that the general goal is to retain and rehome all of our team members as much as possible, but some cuts do happen. For example, I've been under the same manager through several reorgs now, most of the changes seem to be at the leadership level.
