Since posts about this are banned, what’s the deal on work from work? Does anyone know what the consequences are of work from home? So far, I’ve only heard performance reviews could be affected

Is this new direction (within the past couple weeks)? This has been the unofficial policy for at least a year but  I’ve heard nothing has happened if you don’t show up

Been in effect since Jan 2024. Your manager maintains a weekly log of what days you were in office any, it at all, days you worked from home plus the reason why. The weekly log has been recently implemented in the last couple of months.

Those that don’t go into an office could be without a job. Probably depends on the position, business unit and timing.
