How it was constituted would be up to parliament, why were you even worried about staff and payment? Would you like to have known their star signs too?
All that could have been up for further debate in parliament anyway, people could protest any unfair legislations anyway or vote for the party that offers a better system. Your issues are genuinely pathetic
