$6.5 mil, for 1800 acres = 3,611 an acre. For farm land that might be a fair price, but I feel like that is pretty cheap for that real estate.
I guess that’s incredibly generous of the current owners. I hope the blm and forest service uses it in a way that benefits everyone.
