Anchor bolting re-use

Fairly simple question...if the exposed part of the anchor bolt (tower to foundation) is damaged in the process of removing a turbine, can the bolts be replaced? Or is the foundation permanently unusable? Specifically a Vestas V80...

I worked on a ton of repower projects, only GE and Nordex towers, but in both cases the tower sections were not changed, only the nacelle and hub.
