Unsure why this got downvoted, it's an interesting piece on what was going on in the White House and not particularly critical of Biden.

Before I hit the paywall, the first descriptions speak of how every administration works, and then blamed that on Biden decline. Keeping meetings short and controlling access is the job of a Chief of Staff. Every White House runs like that, with the exception of Trump’s. He would let his cronies in, and just do whatever the last person in the room said. But his security briefings had to be short and use a lot of pictures so he wouldn’t lose focus.
