UK Squats Live Music

I'm a solo folk punk musician living down in Cornwall looking to play a few shows as part of a tour around the UK at the beginning of Feb. I will be joined by a U.S based solo artist who is coming over to play a bigger tour later in the month and we were wondering if there were any squats that facilitate live music in anyway? We are happy to play unplugged to a few like minded people who might just like a little entertainment one evening. Get in touch if you might be interested or know someone who might. Cheers!
