Not many people because they've been warned away, cause they could get cancer if they live there. People could still live there and reproduce and have farms and all that. I think you're missing the point.

I think you're under the impression that to convince people climate change is bad, you have to make up outlandish worst case scenarios. Humanity dying out from climate change is extremely unlikely. There are many other reasons to care about climate change, but ending all life on earth is not one of them.
