Does that idea work in the Big Crunch theory?

No, the essential part of "big crunch" is that all matter in the universe is swallowed into one giant black hole. There wouldn't be any other ones left.

Big crunch is discredited because the universe is expanding at an increasing speed, far beyond the gravitational forces that would ultimately recombine everything. We don't know why, but we label the unknown cause dark energy. This will eventually led to universal heat death.
