Turned brightness all the way up, it's 100% birds flying in a V formation that organically shifts. It just looks weird because it's out of focus.

EDIT: Downvote me all you want. I'm a believer. But we need to debunk what can be debunked so that the REAL footage means something. Otherwise we all just look stupid and the stigma of NHI continues.
