Anybody know why there is a helicopter just circling above the middle of town?

I live below Rocky Ridge and I am sure I have been hearing it for over an hour at least. When I went outside to view it, it seemed to just be going in circles over the center of town at least 3 times.

in a more helpful comment, you can always look at a website that does flight tracking such as ads-b exchange. That typically tells you the who.

I looked at flightradar24.com but there was no information. Which just made me more confused.
