Absolutely disgusting! I hate to say it, but the vast majority of rapes are not even investigated at all, even if the victim does everything she can to get justice. And many rapes are committed by LEO personnel themselves. Misogyny runs rampant.

I guess Anchorage doesn't put too much importance on rape. Must be quite a neighborhood.
