The weird thing is why would Santa be outlining a wish list?? Santa is the one who provides the gifts on other peoples' wish-lists...

The irony is he is most likely to make his wishes come true. So he is his own Santa.

Damn, just how much crack did he smoke to come with this one?
And by the way, dressing up as a fictional character, recognizing the non-existence of which is a sign of growing up and becoming an adult, means that he is suggesting that all those nice things people are dreaming about the government accomplishing, are just that, dreams. That people should grow up and realize the government isn't going to give them anything they may want or need. So yea, not exactly a great message being sent here, regardless of what they were actually trying to say.
