< 60k pay for MANAGEMENT POSITIONS.

Endless scam listings.

Being ghosted by recruiters and hiring managers after multiple interview rounds.

I am tired. Send help. I hate it here.

I have actually gotten offers within 5k of what I was making as an INTERN in 2019. It's ridic.

Same shit happened to us. Company I worked for forced everyon3 to go from hourly to salary also dropping our pay. 8 of 10 of us left. I ended up moving across the country for a better life

It is especially bad in Southern states. Depends on "political party" in charge sometimes too. Today definitely.
