What’s a Nashville “life hack” everyone living here should know? Discussion

I saw this same question in r/NewOrleans and the answers were fantastic!

I guess I’ll start (but this one is nearly Universal now):

Take a solid pause and look both ways after the light goes green to avoid folks speeding through the beginnings of red lights!

Although Prince’s is indeed the original birthplace of NHC, the current Prince’s locations(at the outlet mall, airport, South location, and food hall) are most definitely not the OG Prince’s from Ewing Drive/North Nashville though.

Prince’s just hasn’t ever tasted the same nor had the same heat intensity and good flavor since the old place was shut down.

I’d say Bolton’s is the only OG place that has retained the spirit/flavor of Prince’s pre-closure.

I haven't had it in awhile, but I agree about missing the "dive" flavor in North Nashville. You can't take your chicken out to the parking lot and eat it on your truck bed, like you could on Ewing.🤣 I went to Vegas before the Pandemic and saw Hattie B's in the Cosmopolitan. I was like "Damn! They got Hattie B's in Vegas, but we can't get Prince's back in North Nashville!"
