I’ve only had to deal with their support once and it was a very positive experience.

Great! I have had nothing but great experiences with Roxon. They are doing a lot of things I wish our US companies would do.

I agree, great support. My Flex Companion had a defect (tools would not lock inside, defective locking mechanism). I sent a video, they sent me a new frame, and I just had to remove tools from the defective frame and place them into the new frame.

(Can't do vid and text at the same time, bah.)
I have a Roxon Flex with the long-scalpel, but it unfortunately came sized wrong so the blades did not fit, and as you can see it kept it from closing properly.
I finally got around to contacting Roxon support (after verifying it wasn't just a bum blade but a bum holder). They asked for the video above for confirmation, and sent me a new one, no fuss. Took about a week to get here, and the replacement is working fine.
So, score one for Roxon's warranty service.
