Looking for a slim multitool with a non-locking knife, IWB Recommendation Request

Hi all

Looking for recommendation for a multitool that will fit nicely IWB, so it has to be slim and compact. The knife must be non-locking for legal reasons.

Should have the basics, I don't need anything specific to be honest.

Thanks

Maybe Leatherman Bond, but I don't know how legal it is where you live because, while the blade doesn't have a lock, the handles will keep the knife from closing.

If you don't need pliers, I say victorinox swiss army, like the Tinker or Bantam.

Yeah as above. It would be a bit unreasonable to take issue with the Bond as non-folding as the blade is certainly not locked in place even though it doesn't fully close without opening the scales. I guess it depends how pedantic a police officer is going to be. It's a really good fit otherwise though, the tools are all useful, good and solid, and it and is slim and flat. Second the Victorinox knives too if pliers aren't required. None of these tools have a pocket clip as standard.

Victorinox Climber or Cadet are probably the best bets

If you don't need pliers, almost any Victorinox 91mm will do you. Pick the one that has the tools you would want. The Compact is quite popular if a bit pricey. I'm partial to the Explorer (with after-market plus scales), but it's a bit bulkier. The Climber is a good all-rounder and quite affordable. (I have 2.) I do recommend something with scissors. Vic scissors are excellent.

Though my daily carry is a Vic Manager (discontinued, the Rambler is closest).
