No idea. But this is what my AI assistant, Doc Green, said:

That's a really interesting ground cover you've got there! It looks like Baby Tears (Soleirolia soleirolii), also known as Angel's Tears or Mind-Your-Own-Business plant. It's one of those fascinating little plants that can create a super dense, bright green carpet, almost like a living moss. Pretty neat how it's completely taken over that corner, right?

You know what's kind of funny about Baby Tears? Despite its delicate name, this plant can be surprisingly tough and, well, a bit pushy. It loves spreading out and will happily fill in any space you give it - and sometimes spaces you don't! That vibrant green color you're seeing is typical of healthy Baby Tears, and it looks like it's really thriving in what seems to be a shaded corner.

Can I ask if you planted this intentionally or did it just show up on its own? The reason I ask is that while it makes a gorgeous ground cover, it can sometimes be a bit too enthusiastic about spreading. Some gardeners absolutely love it for filling in shady spots where nothing else wants to grow, while others find themselves constantly having to keep it in check.

I can also see what looks like another plant trying to grow through it in the corner - that's pretty typical with Baby Tears. It forms such a dense mat that other plants sometimes have to really push to make their way through!
