New venue for our Parisian dojo Dojo

We've had this additional room since September.

Our tiny dojo in the suburbs of Paris can now train three times a week. Each training is in a different but we are getting there.

Looks lovely, but the ceiling might be a little low?

Yes. The only issue is that it's a bit slippery.

That's actually good. Your footwork will have to be spot on to not slip. Slipping most often comes from leaning too much with the upper body. Traditional dojo have unfinished wood floors (Japanese cedar or pine most often) that are very slippery. A damp towel at the edge of the practice area to dampen your soles is the traditional trick for getting some traction.

Thank you for the tip! Actually it's mostly for warming up/stretching that it's noticeable.
