Hello, I can't download TrollStore using Sideloadly, and TrollInstaller X shows me this message: "failed to download kernel, failed to get kernel." Does anyone have any solution, please? Thank you very much.

I can't even install the damn IPA, I've tried three browsers now and they all say 'virus detected' and I cannot bypass that stupid warning. Why the hell are browsers so bad? If I want to download a file, let me fucking download it. I can even hit a 'download dangerous file anyway' button which does nothing at all. How do you guys manage to download it?

I downloaded it from the GitHub, was that not the right place? Cause I followed that very guide you mentioned and that led me to download TrollInstallerX.ipa from GitHub which seems to have given me a trojan now.

Yup, the very same. I tried turning off Windows Defender but it still wouldn’t work. I did manage to download it through Firefox but it contained a trojan, so I guess Chrome and Brave were right in warning me about a virus. Neither of them would allow me to download the file no matter what I tried. Hopefully Kaspersky was able to take care of the virus, that was extremely annoying to find out. Now, why does the official download contain a virus?

Oh, and I still see both files in File Explorer under ‘Recent files’ but I can’t delete them, or anything else under ‘Recent files’ for that matter. That alone is a bit of a red flag for me. The TrollInstallerX.ipa files don’t exist anywhere else on my PC, even within the directories listed. They’re only found under ‘Recent files’ and cannot be deleted. Highly suspicious.

I did install TrollinstallerX on my old iPhone 7 on the latest release, I dunno why it has a trojan, as you can't just edit the release's files

It’s really weird honestly. I was unsure whether I had gotten the right one or not but I definitely did. I saved the file scan report from Kaspersky for future reference (and as proof) just in case. What annoys me the most is that I can’t get rid of the stupid files now, they seem like ‘ghost’ files but they’re clearly still somewhere on my PC. Bothers me a bit that I can’t delete them nor anything else under Recent files, but if I go into a folder for example I can delete the contents just fine.

Edit: Just tried sending the dev a Tweet explaining the situation. I’m no Github wizard but it seems very odd to me that the file would contain anything malicious. I’ll update here if/when I get a response. And hopefully he’ll be able to help solve it since I’m sure he wasn’t aware of it.

Install Dopamine, launch jb, install TrollStore Helper and install TrollStore. Them you will be able to uninstall TrollStore Helper.
