Possible to get the new status bar w/o Dynamic Island on my iPhone 11?

So, I don't want Dynamic Island, since that messes up the battery icons quite a bit. All I want is the new rounded battery icon, for my iPhone 11. Any tricks? I have Nugget and Cowabunga lite.
