Is there a tweak to make phone "unreachable" for specific contacts?

Hi. so, you can block a contact from calling you but is there any tweak or troll store app that can make the phone looks like turned off when that specific contact, calls it.

because you know, if your phone is turned off and someone calls you, you will get a different response that the "subscriber's device is unreachable". but when you block someone, it is obvious.

I hope I could explain what I'm looking for.
