The baby figured out how to stay tucked back, so mom can keep rocking that no pregnancy look!

If she was only in labor for 55 minutes, probably not.

The faster the more likely to tear, at least with my wife.

Yeah bit evolutionary not great.

I'm guessing the belly evolved because it showed members of your species that you were pregnant in order to guard you and those who appeared pregnant were more pampered towards. Not to mention knowing you were pregnant via a belly creates behavior changes within the mother to increase the survivability chances of said baby.

But that’s where her organs go isn’t it! Is she hollow?

Nah, the baby was a minimalist.

The organs shift all over the place during nearly any pregnancy, I guess in her case more than others, though.

The kid is able to stay tucked back because mom is not only very tall but also has a long torso.

Short high-waisted women unfortunately don’t have a lot of vertical room to work with inside so they poke out very dramatically.
