This is very real. It has happened to me before. Dead serious, I ate a hamburger and just became pregnant.

For me it looked like grimace. But more like the weird, molester-looking grimace form 80’s commercials

Actually there are two. But you can’t feed the other one because ice cream machine broke.

it's a natural part of the Clown breeding cycle to get humans to consume it's eggs. once hatched the unborn clowns consume each other until 1 remains. When ready to emerge, it triggers a heart attack of the host. Preferably the Clown waits for incineration or decay of the host body for an easy birth, but clawing it's way through up to 5ft of dirt has been documented.

Never considered that it may be "satire" And doesn't have a hidden meaning?

I agree this could just be satire. It sure as hell looks funny, lol. But, to play devil's advocate, you could say the message is that while you eat McDonald's, you get fat (I know it's different and beneficial in actual pregnancy, so no offense intended) and unhealthy while the corporation leeches off you (the umbilical cord and the money you pay for this result).

I don't think this is satire, I think this is the message they were trying to send
https://www.marketingscoop.com/consumer/why-do-i-crave-mcdonalds/
But it‘s not just the fat and sugar that make McDonald‘s so irresistible. The company also uses a variety of flavor-enhancing additives to amp up the taste and crave-ability of its food. One of the most notorious is monosodium glutamate, or MSG, a savory compound that intensifies the meaty, umami flavor of foods like burgers and chicken nuggets. (read more)
By feeding your kids McDonalds, you raise them to be a fan of McDonalds. What you eat and your nutrition influences the fetus. I had to verify this one because I only got that from hearsay https://breastfeeding-mom.com/how-does-a-baby-eat-in-the-womb/

This is unpleasant to watch, but I think everyone here misses the message because the art wants to teach you something but it teaches you nothing. Like no one looks at this and thinks "fast food, cereal, and other products are designed for you to become familiar with the taste that you start to prefer it and crave it and become addicted to it"
It's not black magic or drugs, just science, it's smart. Maybe chemicals, not toxic assume, unhealthy but they don't have to use the unhealthy ones to achieve it. Restaurants do it too probably, the main dish of every country tends to be popular to this day because of the same science
Here's an article I glanced through https://www.marketingscoop.com/consumer/why-do-i-crave-mcdonalds/

The article teaches you something unlike the image. The image is for people who already know about it so they can say "oh yeah they do that, that's true" or people who follow conspiracy theories to make life more exciting (because they blindly believe it and fill in the blanks. They say UuUUUUuuuU they are going to brainwash my child and they are gonna be Ronald McDonald now)

I hate McDonald’s, it’s a symbol of evil.
Processed foods are why people are so fat now.
