I haven’t changed icons before and just found out that it has the delay where it goes into shortcuts app first before opening the regular app. Kinda turned me off to change up the icons haha. Thank you though!

It opens at same speed for me. Shortcuts app is native to iOS created by apple. I haven’t notice any speed issue, maybe it is there but very very minimal which doesn’t affect my day to day usage.
